Davido revealed he has a studio secretly in his room

Davido has admitted that he did not formally inform his father that he was a budding musician.

This revelation was made by the 'fem' singer during an interview with Famouz Timez.

He discussed how he was afraid to tell his billionaire father, Deji Adeleke, about his musical passion.

According to the Aftrobeat artiste, his family has set rules for career and work, such that when each of them graduates from university, his father either hires them in one of his companies or places them in a firm owned by one of his wealthy friends.

He claimed to be the first person to break away from the family tradition and pursue a career in entertainment, even though his father would not have approved. The 29-year-old also revealed that his father found out about his music career through other people. 

Davido claimed he had a full studio in his room that his father was unaware of, where he frequently recorded songs while the businessman was at work. He went on to say that he usually makes sure to finish recording before returning from work and going about his daily activities as if nothing had happened.
